We offer therapeutic music sessions designed for individuals who need time and support to build strong foundations before progressing into formal qualifications. Each session moves at the student’s own pace, creating a safe and encouraging environment where confidence can grow naturally. Arts Award
Trinity College London
Arts Award is a nationally recognised qualification that supports young people to develop creativity, leadership, and confidence through the arts. It is available at three progressive levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—each building on skills, independence, and depth of understanding.
Bronze Arts Award is an introductory level (Level 1 qualification). Learners explore different art forms, develop their own creative skills, take part in arts activities, and share their experiences with others.
Silver Arts Award is a Level 2 qualification (equivalent to a GCSE at grades 4–9). At this stage, students deepen their artistic practice, take on more responsibility, and lead arts activities or projects, building leadership and communication skills.
Gold Arts Award is a Level 3 qualification (equivalent to an A Level). This advanced level focuses on personal artistic development, leadership, and real-world experience. Students complete a portfolio, lead projects, and can gain UCAS points to support progression into higher education or creative careers.
Arts Award is flexible and student-led, making it ideal for those who benefit from a personalised, creative approach to learning while gaining valuable, recognised qualifications.
Creative Music Industry
Diploma Level 1-3
The RSL Creative Music Industry Diploma is a flexible, practical qualification designed to develop real-world skills for careers in music, with progression available from Level 1 to Level 3. At each level, learners can study different pathways such as performance, production, composition, live events, and music business, with a wide range of optional units to tailor the course to their interests . The qualification comes in a variety of sizes to suit different learners, starting with Awards, then Certificates and Extended Certificates, progressing to Diplomas and the Extended Diploma. For example, at Level 3 students can complete a Certificate, Extended Certificate (equivalent to one A Level), Subsidiary Diploma, Diploma, or Extended Diploma (equivalent to up to three A Levels and carrying UCAS points) . This structure allows students to begin with smaller certificate options and build up to larger qualifications over time, making it ideal for learners who need a flexible, step-by-step pathway into further education or the music industry.

We offer a wide range of instrumental and music theory qualifications from Grades 1–8, supporting students at every stage of their musical journey. Learners can study instruments including guitar, bass, piano, drums, and music production, alongside music theory, building a well-rounded understanding of both practical and written aspects of music. These graded exams provide a clear progression pathway, helping students develop technical ability, musical knowledge, and performance confidence over time. Whether working towards their first grade or advancing to higher-level qualifications, each student is supported at their own pace, gaining skills that can lead into further study or a career in music.
